Before you start: Diffrentials' AI features (patient interviews, consultant debriefs, teaching cards) need a free Google Gemini API key — you'll paste it once in Settings after signing in. Google Sign-in does not grant Gemini access; Google requires an explicit key from AI Studio. The rest of the simulator works without one.
